Navantia expands its international presence with the opening of a new commercial delegation in Bergen, Norway, that will be operative from today (20 July).
The opening of this new delegation responds to the commitment of Navantia to entrench its presence in Norway and increase the commercial relations with an strategic country, with whom currently has a contract for the maintenance of the 5 Nansen class frigates, designed and built by Navantia between 2000 and 2011.
The delegation will be located in Bergen, near the frigates’ naval base, allowing a closer relationship with the Royal Norwegian Navy maintenance personnel in the activities of life cycle support for providing a better quality service and the reinforcement of the local industry relations.
In addition, this delegation will be in charge of the business development of Navantia within the region and the commercial action in future projects.
