Teledyne Marine Systems is pleased to announce that Andrey K Morozov, senior scientist at Teledyne Marine Systems has been elevated to the grade of Senior Member of the IEEE.

Senior Member is the highest professional grade of the IEEE for which a member may apply. The member status requires experience, and reflects professional accomplishment and maturity. Only 7% of the 431,000 members of the IEEE have achieved this level.

IEEE is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to advancing technological innovation and excellence for the benefit of humanity. IEEE and its members inspire a global community through IEEE’s highly cited publications, conferences, technology standards, and professional and educational activities.

Teledyne Marine Systems vice president and group general manager Thomas W. Altshuler said, "Andrey is a highly respected member of the underwater acoustics community and has made significant technical contribution during his tenure at Teledyne Webb Research.
