OSI Maritime has been selected by Lockheed Martin Systems to supply an integrated bridge and navigation system (IBNS) to the US Navy.

The IBNS will be installed on the US Navy’s Freedom-class littoral combat ships (LCS) to increase the ship’s navigation capabilities.

APV Safety Products, an Australian firm engaged in providing after-market seatbelts, has been selected to supply up to 1,000 seatbelt harnesses.

Leidos has secured a $41.9m contract to provide operations and maintenance support for the signature and silencing programme at Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Southeast Alaska Measurement Facility.

The support services will assist the naval ships and undersea systems in the measurement of acoustic signatures.
