SCANTER 6000 is a software defined functionality X-band radar system designed for surface patrolling that detects and tracks small targets from very close range and up to the radar horizon.
The radar is capable of tracking light propeller and jet aircraft up to 10nm to 15nm and at up to 6,000ft altitude.
Additional features of the radar include frequency, time diversity and other advanced processing techniques to support operations in all weather conditions.
SCANTER 6000 also offers self-protective techniques including frequency diversity, pulse repetition frequency stagger and frequency agility, while its detection capabilities ensure performance according to International Maritime Organisation (IMO) standards.
