Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) has been awarded a contract by Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic (SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic) to help procure and deliver command and control (C2) equipment and services.

The $500m multiple-award indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) contract has a one-year base period of performance and options for four additional one-year periods.

Under the contract, the company will provide programme management and technical support services, as well as help procure equipment, systems and supplies as per the requirements.

SAIC is one of six contractors that will compete for task orders under the contract.

Work will be carried out in Maryland and South Carolina, US.
