The contracts follows after NAVAIR exercised an option valued at $13m on an existing software development contract to sustain TTWCS.
Under the contract, the company will also provide the software development, systems engineering, software and hardware deployment support needed to upgrade TTWCS.
TTWCS is one of the three crucial components that integrate the launch hardware and software to provide weapon control for variants of the Tomahawk land attack missile.
The Tomahawk missile capability is programmed on all US Navy ship classes that include cruisers, destroyers, and all attack and guided missiles class submarines.
The missile system also provides firepower capability to the Royal Navy’s Astute and Trafalgar Class submarines.
Work will be carried out at the company’s facility in Pennsylvania, US.
