The US Navy has awarded a contract to CACI International to provide technical support services for its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Single Supply Solution (SSS) programme.

The indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract has a potential value of $36.7m for one base year with four option years.

Under the contract, the company will provide training materials and professional support services to Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) for the development and testing of the ERP SSS programme.

CACI will also provide for effective transition of logistics information from the navy’s existing supply and maintenance systems as well as develop training materials and train the end users of the system.

The SSS is the navy’s planned single integrated supply and maintenance information system, which is capable of tracking supply purchases and allocations throughout the navy enterprise.
