MRS is a small, passive, reflex weapon sight specifically designed for close-quarters combat applications. Mounted on top of existing day / night optics or other sighting devices, the sight will provide a secondary rapid aiming and engagement capability.
Under the $15m contract, the company will provide between 1,000 and 50,000 MRS units.
The delivery schedule will be 1,200 units a month until January 2015 and work will be carried out at the company’s facility in Londonderry, New Hampshire.
