Elbit Systems of America – Night Vision LLC, a subsidiary of Elbit Systems Ltd., has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract with a maximum value of $500m (NIS1.8bn) by the US Department of Defense.

This deal, awarded by the US Department of Defense, is to improve the US Marine Corps’ capabilities with the supply of Squad Binocular Night Vision Goggle (SBNVG) systems.

With work to be executed in Roanoke, Virginia, the contract is slated for completion by 2028, aiming to promise to equip the Marines with technology for nighttime situational awareness.
