Rugged servers for naval environments

Trenton’s rugged servers offer super-fast performance with up to five units (1U to 5U) for rack mount computers.

These support multiple processor boards with Dual Intel® Xeon® Scalable Performance CPUs, up to 1.5TB DDR4-2933 memory via eight or 12 error-correcting code (ECC) registered memory module (RDIMM) slots, up to 18 PCIe slots (or more with our expansion chassis), and serial ATA (SATA) or non-volatile memory express (NVMe) drives for storage.

High-performance workstations for ruggedised applications

Trenton’s 1U to 5U Rugged™ Core™ Series Workstations are accompanied with a number of features.

These include:

  • Up to 64GB DDR4-2400 memory via four ECC DIMM slots
  • Up to 18 PCIe slots (increasable with our expansion chassis)
  • SATA or NVMe drives for storage

Customisable blade servers

Trenton’s 1U or 2U blade servers offer versatility to any programme or application, enabling tool-less processor board removal and avoiding redundant power supplies.

They can use up to four 1U high server blades or two 2U high server blades so companies can mix and match between single or dual central processing unit (CPU) single-board computers (SBCs) or customise with internal or front-access / hot-swap drives.

Agnostic, rugged JBOD servers

Trenton’s JBOD servers come with 24 U.2 NVMe solid-state drives (SSDs) with up to 27GB/s read and write speed, enabling a direct, native, end-to-end PCIe connection from multiple hosts to the drives.

With the ability to simultaneously communicate with eight drives, our JBOD server is processor board-agnostic so you can plug-in any SBC of your choice. A gigabit ethernet (GbE) management port also allows you to connect straight to the baseboard management controller (BMC) for system monitoring and control.

The innovative rugged chassis design enables you to access up to eight memory cards at the same time without any additional tools.

Customisable processor boards

Designed to exceed the most complex computing requirements in adverse conditions, each Trenton rugged processor board is built to operate at peak performance.

Manufactured, assembled and supported in the US, we control the supply chain at the component level. We can customise any board as single or dual CPUs and customised input/output (I/O) interfaces to fit your programme or application.

Expandable PCIe backplanes

Our PCIe backplane features up to 18 slots with the capability of expanding to more using our latest Gen3 PCIe expansion kit.

Simply plug in one of our processor boards into the backplane and extend your PCIe slot count by as many as you need.
