The transfer of the ship will be conducted between the two navies, which will exchange information on ship maintenance and how to use the vessel’s armaments, equipment and mechanisms.
The 54m-long, 9m-wide patrol vessel has a displacement capacity of 450t. It can accommodate a crew of 30 and cruise at a maximum speed of 18kt.
The ship will be commissioned and named in March 2010.
