IDO Security has supplied the first MagShoe 3G scanning devices to the Thailand Royal Navy.

The MagShoe 3G shoe scanning device (SSD) has been successfully installed at U-Tapao Royal Thai Navy Airfield in East of Thailand.

The high-speed shoes-on portable footwear weapons detection system offers accurate scanning at checkpoints and other high-volume, high-security settings.

IDO International marketing manager Dani Werber said, "The units have been installed and are fully operational."

The navy has ordered the company to supply and install shoe-metal detectors systems in its airports across Thailand.
