According to shipbuildingtribune.com, the scope of the open procedure tender includes design, materials, fabrication, installation, deployment and documentation for the ship.
The Hameenmaa-class mine-hunters are used by the Finnish Navy for laying mines in the Baltic Sea as well as escort, patrol, anti-submarine and sea transport missions.
The ship has a displacement capacity of 1,330t, can cruise at a speed of 19kts and is equipped with one sextuple launcher Matra Mistral missile, two Bofors 40mm and four Sako 23mm guns.
According to the tender, work will be completed within six months from the awarded date.
