Under the three-year, $15m IDIQ contract, the company will provide 11 production units, one pilot production unit, two pilot production TPSs and up to two TPS production units for the US Navy.
The TPTI system provides intermediate-level testing of turboprop engines in all environments with automated data capture, reporting and transfer as well as increased flexibility for engine testing.
The system also delivers reduced logistics and manpower requirements, as well as less fuel usage during engine test runs.
The company previously delivered Jet Engine Test Instrumentation (JETI) systems for use on land and on aircraft carriers.
