The US Naval Sea Systems Command has awarded an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity contract to ITT to produce joint counter-radio-controlled electronic warfare (JCREW) mounted counter-IED systems.

The procurement of JCREW systems will protect US personnel and defeat the threat posed by IEDs.

ITT’s JCREW systems are electronic jammers designed to prevent the initiation of radio-controlled improvised explosive devices (IEDs).

Work will be carried out at the company’s facility in California, US.
