BAE will provide engineering and technical services support to the US Marine Corps’ air traffic control systems.

Under the contract, which was awarded by the Naval Air Warfare Center’s Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD), BAE will perform services including systems design and analysis, on-site technical assistance and training.

The systems include expeditionary equipment to control future and fielded air traffic navigation, integration and coordination, as well as precision radars.

The $30m readiness and sustainment contract includes an initial one-year term and four option years.

Work will be carried out at the Naval Air Station at Pax River, US, and at military bases worldwide.
