Under the $37m contract, the company will continue to provide a wide-range of technical and training support for SOF programmes in support of the navy’s joint forces and support branch.
In addition, SAIC will also develop, coordinate, conduct and monitor logistical requirements for the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s (NSWC) joint forces and support branch.
Work will be carried out at the NSWC in Crane, Indiana, and at other customer locations as required.
The five-year contract was awarded by the US Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division.
