Under the initial $30.8m contract, the company will provide logistics, inventory, training and financial management support, including an automated supply management system, to help improve supply operations and fleet.
The contract has four one-year options which if exercised would take the cumulative value of the contract up to $190.3m.
The majority of the work will be carried out in Virginia, and the rest in California and North Carolina.
