The US Navy has awarded a contract of up to $350m to construction and engineering services company Willbros Group to perform assessments, inspections, repair and construction services for petroleum, oil and lubricant (POL) fuel systems at navy locations around the world.

Under the contract, the company will provide responsive assessment, inspection and repair services as part of the Sustainment, Restoration and Modernisation project and associated projects at US POL facilities worldwide.

In addition, the company is competing for future task orders to execute tank inspections, integrity assessments, POL facility upgrades, modifications and repairs.
