The US Navy has awarded four task orders worth $100m to Shaw Group for the improvement, design and construction of sustainable energy systems at navy installations in the districts of Columbia, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Mississippi and Texas.

Shaw will perform building and lighting efficiency surveys to improve the performance of several photovoltaic systems at the navy installations during the contract period.
