Intevac Photonics has received an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract from the US Navy Naval Air Warfare Center to provide digital night vision sensors.

The 4MP digital night vision sensor (ISIE 4000) is based on the electron bombarded active pixel sensor.

The sensor provides digital imaging for extreme low light-level detection and can be integrated on various US Navy aircraft platforms.

The contract has a five year base performance period with additional options and covers on-going performance improvements of the company’s proprietary sensors.
