Under the contract, the company will deliver 86 MTRS MK 1 Mod 1 robots along with spare parts and accessories.
MTRS MK 1 Mod 1 is modelled after the iRobot 510 PackBot and has been designed to perform search, reconnaissance, bomb disposal and other dangerous missions.
The company expects to complete the delivery of the robots by the end of the second quarter of 2011.
The $14.1m order has been awarded under the recently announced $230m indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract.
