Schilling Robotics has received a delivery order for a new 150hp HD ROV system from the Republic of South Korea (ROK) Navy.

The HD ROV is a compact, powerful and flexible system that will be used by the ROK Navy for salvage and rescue operations.

The new system provides modular maintenance, reduced major component replacement timeframes, increased reliability and availability through an integrated design philosophy for all major subsystems.

The system also provides stability and position control accuracy to perform remote intervention.

The system will be delivered to GMB USA, a systems integration company that works with the South Korean Navy and government labs on major projects.
