MTS Advantage has secured a contract from the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic to provide services to the US Navy.

The company is a Small Business Administration (SBA) Mentor-Protégé joint venture (JV) between Millennium and TIME Systems.

Under the terms of the $99.9m single award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract, MTS Advantage will provide worldwide Cyber Red Team services, operational test support services, information assurance, and cyber defence.

Other services to be offered to the US Navy include cyber systems security, network infrastructure, programme management, and related technical services.

The five-year contract is performance-based and includes a base period and an option period that would extend the performance period until July 2026.

Millennium CEO Kevin Jennings said: “Millennium is eager to expand our ongoing support to the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, delivering critical cybersecurity testing and other related technical services to our navy customers.

“This IDIQ extends our cybersecurity services to three of the nine NSA certified DoD Red Team Organisations.”

More than 30 certified and experienced Red Team operators of Millennium provide full-spectrum operations, vulnerability and penetration testing services for public and private sector clients.

Combined with a MILSPEC approach, the company’s expertise and Red Team methodology integrates real-world attack scenarios to improve the security posture of clients.

Millennium secured a five-year contract from the US Navy’s SPAWAR Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific) in March 2017 to provide cyberspace, research, engineering, and technology integration.

The company delivered technology assessment and development, rapid software development and prototyping, training, security engineering, and cybersecurity risk management under the contract.
