About Us
Daewoo Shipbuilding & Marine Engineering Co Ltd (DSME) is a shipbuilding and offshore contractor specializing in building various vessels, offshore platforms, drilling rigs, floating production storage and offloading (FPSO)/floating production units (FPUs), submarines, and destroyers.
The company’s commercial vessels portfolio consists of tankers, container carriers, bulk carriers, ore carriers, liquefied natural gas (LNG) and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) carriers, roll-on roll-off carriers, chemical carriers, product carriers, passenger ferries, and other vessels.
DSME offers onshore plants such as chemical plants, seawater treatment plants, and power plants; industrial facilities covering off-loading facilities; and steel structures comprising steel bridges and steel cages.
Its offshore plants include fixed platforms, rigs, and FPSO/FPU/floating storage and offloading (FSOs) for offshore oil and gas exploration and production.
