NOVEK Constructions B.V., former Aarding Components B.V., founded in 1959, is a leading metal fabrication company that focuses on niche markets, particularly in the Offshore and Defense industries. The production of NOVEK is versatile and of high quality.

NOVEK Cutting B.V., former Aarding Cutting Technology B.V., is specialized in water and laser cutting of all kind of materials.
