Integrated Solutions: NVent Schroff offers a wide range of integrated solutions like using the backplate and Card-lok design to dispense heat away from a circuit board.

Conduction Cooled Assembly: Designed for circuit boards requiring cooling in severe environments where convection cooling cannot be used. Also provided structural support of the plug-in module in high shock and vibration environments.

Extractors: PCB (Printed Circuit Board) extractors ensure safe card extraction for rugged applications: Aluminum and nylon offering to meet all extraction force needs. Tolerance compensating offering to mitigate board tolerance concerns.

(Torque limiting and sawtooth): Greater data processing loads, higher clock cycles and increased board density are all contributing to rising cooling demands. nVent SCHROFF High Thermal Sawtooth Card-Loks dissipate enough heat to meet increased cooling demands and avoid costly redesigns. Providing lower junction resistance, the High Thermal Card-loks improve thermal performance by 15%.
