A total of seven ships from the Eastern Fleet including the landing platform dock INS Jalashwa, the guided-missile destroyer INS Ranjit and five missile corvettes participated in the exercise.
During the exercise, warships simulated rescue operations during war and demonstrated their manoeuvring skills, including intra-ship coordination and transfer of men and materials from one ship to another.
In addition the exercise included underwater replenishment from INS Jalashwa to two other ships simultaneously, close-range anti-aircraft firing drills, high-speed missile shows and flag-past by naval aircraft and helicopters.
