During the tests, the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps naval forces fired missiles that completely destroyed a single target, according to the Fars News Agency.
The missiles included two long-range coast-to-sea missiles, two sea-to-sea missiles and one mid-range coast-to-sea missile, which were fired from different distances.
The Nasr cruise missile, which can destroy vessels with a displacement of three tonnes, was among the missiles test-fired during the last stage of the exercise.
The exercise, codenamed Payambar-e Azam (The Great Messenger) 5, was intended to reinforce the combat capabilities and operational readiness of naval forces.
