Under the $94m contract, SAIC will provide services including programme management, engineering, logistics, integration, and test and evaluation to SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic’s tactical command and control division, rapid capability insertion (RCI) operation.
SPAWARSYSCEN Atlantic’s RCI operation works to reduce the time taken to deliver command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) integrated vehicles to the warfighter.
Work under the two-year contract will be carried out at the company’s facilities in South Carolina, Michigan, Georgia and Virginia.
