The anti-submarine warship will take part in the maritime exercise being hosted by Denmark and will be homebound on 30 August 2010.
The frigate will stop at Copenhagen for four days from 11-15 August to witness the celebrations of the 500th anniversary of the Danish Navy.
Danex 2010 will be conducted between 16-26 August and will be joined by 30 ships from 12 nations and a number of helicopters and aircraft.
The exercise intends to train the units to focus on operations that take place in unstable regions.
