IDF could scrap the entire deal and reallocate the money for a new submarine or missile defence systems, according to the Jerusalem Post.
According to IDF sources, officials argue that the navy should invest in smaller patrol ships, which can be used to protect Israel’s coastline as well as impose sea blockades whenever necessary.
