Iran had earlier equipped its new Zolfaqar high-speed vessel with Nasr 1 sea-to-sea missiles.
The Nasr 1 is a short-range, coast-to-sea and sea-to-sea missile that is capable of destroying a three-ton vessel from coasts and all other types of vessels.
The Zolfaqar vessel is also capable of conducting operations in different marine conditions.
The nation has reached self-sufficiency by producing all of its required vessels, equipment and missiles.
