The portable battery-powered UTS is designed to validate counter-radio-controlled improvised explosive device (RCIED) electronic warfare and CREW systems.
AAI senior vice-president and general manager Robert Peters said: "Our UTS provides reliable, repeatable field verification of CREW equipment so war-fighters can conduct their missions with confidence."
The test set is also used by the US Air Force, Army and Marine Corps to evaluate CREW systems and communication currently deployed worldwide.
The indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a potential value of $29.2m over three years.
