Under the contract, Cobham will provide highly reliable 9797B VSAT antenna systems to the Navy in support of fleet training programmes.
MIL-SAT was awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract from the US Navy to provide Sea Tel antenna systems for the Force Training Assessment Department.
The contract value has not been disclosed and the work is likely to be completed by September 2016.
The Sea Tel products will undergo final integration at MIL-SAT headquarters in Surrey, Virginia, US.
