The first task order is valued in excess of $66m and will provide continued development, fabrication and integration of an Advanced Development Model (ADM) for shipboard application.
The second contract was awarded to develop a low-level resource manager and other infrastructure software.
The InTop suite features electronic warfare, information operations and line-of-sight communications hardware and software for use on naval surface platforms and SEWIP Block 3 electronic warfare missions.
The new suite is designed to reduce antenna clutter and electromagnetic interference for the navy platforms.
Work will be carried out at the company’s facility in Maryland, US, while software development will take place at Goleta, California, US.
The ADM field test is scheduled to take place at the Naval Research Lab’s Chesapeake Bay Detachment facility near Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, US, and it is likely to be delivered in 2013.
