The US Naval Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NAVEODTECHDIV) has received the asymmetric threat and tactical analysis casebook (ATTAC) Explorer system from A-T Solutions.
The delivery forms part of a previously awarded contract to A-T Solutions for the supply of ATTAC Explorer to the US NAVEODTECHDIV.
The contract also includes the provision of equipment and systems support, such as system setup, configuration and field support for ATTAC Explorer implementation.
ATTAC Explorer is a field reporting tool designed to improve data sharing and analysis for frontline forces in Department of Defence (DoD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and law enforcement agencies, while supporting rapid decision-making in critical situations.
A-T Solutions president and CEO Dennis Kelly said that the training and technology solution of the company would assist the nation’s military and first-responder communities’ requirements.
Without using the internet, the ATTAC Explorer is capable of accepting ATTAC casebooks and reports quickly and efficiently into a database for analysis, while complementing A-T Solutions’ ATTACTM field data reporting platform.
"ATTAC Explorer is a powerful and easy-to-use tool that enables expeditionary data management and reporting," Kelly said. "It is engineered for complex user environments and ensures results that are simple, fast and accurate."
Developed as enhancements to the original ATTAC product in 2010, the ATTAC Explorer resulted in the launch of ATTAC 5.0, which is a portable, easy-to-use, in-field data collection tool with efficiency and accuracy for troops and first responders.
