CACI International has been awarded a training data products contract (TDPC) by the US Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) to improve and enhance performance of military personnel service.

Under the multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the company will provide training products, such as traditional solutions, technology and web-based training, job aids, and performance support systems.

"CACI supports this growing need with a suite of solutions and services that will help our armed forces and all federal employees perform at higher levels than ever before."

The company will provide mission-oriented training to meet federal government standards and also assist the navy to achieve high returns in cost savings and increased productivity and efficiency.

CACI chief operating officer and president of US Operations John Mengucci said the company’s instructional system designers and multimedia developers, as well as quality assurance checks, would help ensure rapid provision of high-value solutions to meet clients’ training needs.

NAWCTSD provides a full range of innovative products and services to support complete training solutions requirements within the US Naval Air Systems Command.

In addition to providing navy personnel tuition, NAWCTSD supports training requirements of other military organisations within the US Department of Defense (DoD).

The contract is valued at more than $780m with a five-year period of performance and three option years.
