Raytheon has received a cost-plus-fixed-fee contract worth $40.25m from the Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
The agreement covers operations and maintenance services for the relocatable over-the-horizon radar (ROTHR) at the Forces Surveillance Support Center in Chesapeake, Virginia.

The contract features a one-year base period and includes four additional one-year options according to Federal Acquisition Regulation 52.217-9.
If all option years are exercised, the contract could reach a total estimated value of $212.12m with work potentially continuing until April 2031.
Work under the contract will be carried out at multiple locations, with 48% in Chesapeake, Virginia, 10% each in Freer and Premont, Texas, 9% in New Kent, Virginia, 9% each in Juana Diaz and Vieques Diaz, Puerto Rico, 3% in Dallas, Texas, and 2% in Fairfax, Virginia.
Raytheon is scheduled to complete the work by April 2027 unless all contract options are exercised.
