CACI International has won a $805m, five-year task order to deliver engineering support and advanced technology to the US Navy’s NavalX Office.
This contract falls under the US Department of Defense Information Analysis Center’s (DoD IAC) multiple-award contract (MAC) vehicle.

Task orders under the DoD IAC MAC vehicle are issued by the US Air Force’s 774th Enterprise Sourcing Squadron.
Under this task order, CACI will conduct research, analysis, engineering, prototyping, and assessments to develop and transition digital tools for the Navy.
The company aims to connect teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to provide solutions to the warfighter.
This is aimed at enhancing the Navy’s operational performance through digital tools and multi-domain system integration.

Separately, CACI has announced the election of Charles Szews to its Board of Directors as an independent director.
Charles Szews previously served as CEO of Oshkosh from 2012 to 2015 as well as having held various other roles before retiring in 2015.
Before Oshkosh, he was in executive roles at Fort Howard for eight years and was an auditor at Ernst & Young for ten years.
He currently serves on the boards of Commercial Metals Company and Group 1 Automotive.
In February 2024, Canada extended its commitment to finance CACI International for an additional year.
This extension, authorised by the US Department of Defense, will provide technical engineering services and support for the Canadian Surface Combatant programme, with a contract modification worth $11.3m (C$15.6m).
