The contract, awarded directly by the US Navy, drew on SAFE Structure Designs’ capabilities in naval engineering, precision manufacturing, quality assurance, and mission-critical systems for military use.
According to the company, the completion of this project contributes to its expanding portfolio in defence manufacturing for US military modernisation, fleet sustainment, and related operational needs.
SAFE Structure Designs president and CEO Johnny Buscema said: “We are grateful for the long-standing partnership and opportunity to work alongside the United States Navy. We humbly value and feel blessed that they have placed their trust in SAFE Structure Designs to support mission-critical naval infrastructure and submarine sustainment requirements.
“Projects such as these demonstrate the importance of American manufacturing, engineering excellence, and trusted industry partnerships in strengthening military readiness and supporting our nation’s warfighters.”
SAFE Structure Designs provides design, engineering, and manufacturing services for military equipment, naval systems, aerospace support products, expeditionary infrastructure, maintenance platforms, and other defence systems.
