The US Navy has awarded a contract to Serco to provide Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Intelligence (C4I) Testing, Integration and Installation (CTII) services.

The CTII indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity multiple award contract was awarded by the US Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWARSYSCOM).

With a potential value of $608m, the contract has a base ordering period of five years and an option for an additional three years.

Task orders will include delivering shipboard services to the Program Executive Office (PEO) C4I, Carrier and Air Integration Program Office (PMW 750) at the Test and Integration Facility Complex in Charleston, SC.

These services will also be delivered aboard ships primarily at Pascagoula, Newport News and Norfolk shipyards.

The contract is intended to support US Navy shipbuilding programmes that require integrated C4I capabilities.
