An Israeli-German cabinet meeting in Berlin is expected to focus on Israel’s push to buy a sixth Dolphin-class nuclear submarine from Germany.
The German Government approved shipyard company Howaldtswerke-Deutsche Werft to construct two additional Dolphin submarines for the Israeli Navy.
The submarines are being built in German shipyards and will be equipped with US-supplied Harpoon cruise missiles and nuclear warheads.
