Amongst the operations that EXPAL currently has underway in Brazil are projects such as the one it has in collaboration with EMGEPRON for the implementation of a demilitarization plant.

EXPAL’s commitment in Brazil is not only based upon its supply of its products and systems, but on its active collaboration on new developments, the modernization of weapons systems, technical advice and industrial optimization programs.

In that sense, EXPAL has been working over the years together with the Brazilian military industry to provide comprehensive service and product enhancement to its armed forces through partnerships with leading Brazilian companies.

EXPAL’s experience and know-how in demilitarization services has led to its collaboration with EMGEPRON, with which it was awarded a tender at the end of 2012 for the implementation and management of the demilitarization line in Brazil.

During LAAD 2013, the 9th edition of the event, EXPAL will be pleased to show its latest weapon systems, ammunition and propellants and capabilities in areas such as platform maintenance and aeronautical systems maintenance.

EXPAL’s stand will also display SHEPERD-MIL, a UAV with multiple applications in surveillance and monitoring missions. An ingenious, unique and practical system that has been adapted and incorporated by EXPAL to its 81mm integrated mortar on light vehicle, EIMOS, in combination with its fire support information system, TECHFIRE, will also be on view.
