Future Navy - technology to look out for in 2012

The US Navy's TacSat-4, launched in September. It is the latest member of the Pentagon's experimental tactical microsatellite constellation. These small satellites promise a new era of responsive and flexible multitasking space vehicles for enhanced communications, tracking and surveillance duties.
