LASER PROTECTION EQUIPMENT

STEINER was the first company in the world who offered and manufactured binoculars with laser protection filters: we developed a special version of laser protection with a laser protective coating on the internal lens of the objective.

This ensures that there is no increase of the dimensions or weight of the binoculars and the filter coating cannot be damaged or destroyed.

EASY-USE MILITARY BINOCULARS

Our military binoculars have a special compact construction which allows long-time observation without getting tired. The round shoulder-shape is absolutely necessary to enter and leave armoured vehicles without hindrance.

RUBBER-ARMOURED BINOCULARS

WATERTIGHT BINOCULARS

Due to special silicone o-rings the binoculars are completely sealed to dust and humidity. We guarantee them to be tightness / pressure-proof to 0.5bar (which corresponds to being waterproof to a 5m water depth).

BINOCULARS TEMPERATURE RANGE

STEINER's genuine military binoculars withstand temperature ranges from -40°C to +80°C.

INTEGRATED-COMPASS BINOCULARS

STEINER's genuine military binoculars feature the largest compass (diameter of 45mm) ever built into any binoculars. It has 10 times the magnetic force of conventional compasses.

HD-stabilised for waves or quick movement, a built-in illuminator, the integrated reticle and the large compass scale guarantee exact and reliable bearings even in the worst light conditions and weather.

LASER PROTECTION FILTER

Laser protective coating on the internal lens of the objective gives the advantage that there is no increase of the dimensions or the weight of the binoculars. In addition, the filter coating cannot be damaged or destroyed by improper use.
