Vibrostop - Anti-Vibration and Anti-Shock Mounts

Vibrostop Srl is a highly specialised company offering vibration, shock and noise control equipment. Since 1936, Vibrostop has manufactured a wide range of anti-vibration mounts, many of which are original developments and patented devices, whose superior quality is well appreciated by many thousands of happy customers.

Elastic bodies are either made of special elastomers or steel springs, carefully designed to offer high, long-lasting performance.

MARINE APPLICATIONS, INDUSTRIAL MACHINERY AND HVAC MARKET

Vibrostop's first projects focused on marine applications, then research moved towards the industrial machinery and HVAC market.

Typical customers include shipyards, air conditioning, refrigerating appliances, machine tools and compressors manufacturers.

VIBROSTOP MM, STAINLESS STEEL MOUNTS

Among our marine products are stainless steel mounts; homologated by the Italian Navy is the company's flagship. Tests complying to MIL–STD –810/D, confirmed that no damage resulted from six 40G shocks per axis, lasting 11ms each.

VIBROSTOP AA, ALUMINIUM MOUNTS

Intended for less extreme applications the Vibrostop AA, with an aluminium case, shares the same MM concept and features replaceable elastic bodies, great ability to withstand overloads and operate safely even if elastomers are destroyed and it endures exceptional isolation. Manufactured for decades, replacement parts are available even for mounts the have been twenty years in service, although the elastic bodies, protected in the aluminium enclosure, seldom need attention.

Today's product range includes leveling machine mounts, rubber or neoprene pads, spring mounts, elastic joints and bearings, buffers, hangers, bushings and seismic isolators.
