Established in 1952, Baker Sheet Metal Corporation is a manufacturer of metal products, including stainless steel galley equipment, for the marine industry. We also offer aluminum non-watertight doors, and fabricate every kind of locker and storage bin imaginable for shipboard use. STAINLESS STEEL SERVING LINES AND COUNTERS FOR SHIPBOARD USE

Baker Sheet Metal produces a range of stainless steel galley components for ship use only, such as galley tables and counters as well as cabinetry and serving lines. We provide everything from beverage counters with tray slides to nutrition bars and salad bars.

Our galley components include a serving line specifically designed for use on board submarines. This serving line is available in any size, shape or configuration. Lowerators and hot and cold floodwells are also available. The serving line can be either stainless steel or laminated.

ALUMINUM MARINE DOORS

At Baker Sheet Metal, we fabricate aluminum non-watertight marine doors of every description, whether flush panel or extruded, including square-cornered doors and radius-cornered doors. The standard door size is 26in x 66in.

We also provide door accessories, such as port lights and covers, door closers, hold open/stop hooks, hasp and staples, fumetight gaskets, louvers, combination locks and cipher lock systems.

Our doors are priced to include the door mounted on the frame with the hinges and lockset.

SHIPBOARD STORAGE EQUIPMENT: UTILITY LOCKERS, SECURE WEAPONS LOCKERS AND AMMUNITION LOCKERS

At Baker Sheet Metal, we fabricate every kind of locker and storage bin imaginable for shipboard use. For naval ships, we provide a range of utility lockers for housing ammunition and weapons, including the following:

• Security alert team locker - this steel locker (pictured), designed for holding weapons, is just one of many such lockers we manufacture
• 50-caliber ammunition locker (pictured) - available in stainless steel or steel; one of many types of ammunition lockers we build
• 20mm ammunition locker - available in stainless steel or steel
• Lockers with jettison gear - designed to store rockets, flares, smoke pots and ammunition

For general ship use, our utility locker comes with a single or double door, with or without shelves, and is available in any size. We also offer life jacket lockers and oxygen breathing apparatus lockers in a similar style, as well as storage bins and medical lockers.

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS: FIRE HOSE RACKS, AIR HOUSING FILTERS AND VERTICAL LADDERS

Baker Sheet Metal fabricates a range of miscellaneous items, including the following:
