TFOCA-4 CONNECTOR SERIES

Engineered primarily for military tactical deployments, the TFOCA-4 connector series features an innovative internal subassembly that offers several advantages over the contemporary 'clamshell' design. Features include an innovative one-piece terminus insertion / removal tool, ergonomically designed for easy use.

FIBER OPTIC CONNECTORS

Delphi's edgecard mounted fiber optic connectors are available in low profile PCB and edgecard / backplane styles, all with Delphi removable terminus and various fiber counts.

FIBER OPTIC TERMINI

Delphi's fiber optic termini utilize constant pressure from Belleville springs, rather than low force coil springs, to help prevent termini separation from shock, vibration or thermal cycling. The M29504 termini "float" within the connector and self-aligns to provide precise mating every time due to the unique shape of the ferrule and alignment sleeve hood, to minimize signal loss due to fiber misalignment. Qualified to MIL-T-29504 and MIL-C-28876 specifications for both single-mode and multimode optical fibers.

HERMAPHRODITIC FIBER OPTIC CONNECTORS

Hermaphroditic fiber optic connectors provide superior, consistent optical performances in harsh environments. 'Genderless' design to intermate 'like connectors' and allow identical cable assemblies to be concatenated to extend equipment separation.

MIL-C-28804 (HAK-PAK) SUBMINIATURE RECTANGULAR CONNECTORS

Delphi Connection Systems' MIL-C-28804 sub miniature rectangular connectors, also known as HAC-PAK, provide a packaging concept that offers unique application versatility. Termination of a variety of cable types is easily accomplished.

Three types of contacts are available to meet your design requirements:

• Crimp / removable, rear-release contacts: non-environmental, environmental or potted
• Fixed solder-tail contacts
• RFI / EMI fixed filtered contacts

MIL-C-28840 MINIATURE CIRCULAR CONNECTORS

Delphi Connection Systems' MIL-C-28840 miniature circular connectors, meets high density, high shock circular connector requirements that meet and exceed most demanding environmental and RFI / EMI shielding requirements. Fluorosilicone rubber sealing provides fluid immersion protection.

MIL-C-28876 FIBER OPTIC CONNECTORS

Delphi's M28876 fiber optic connectors feature low optical insertion loss, repeatability, exceptional strain relief and reliability in harsh environments. This connector is used extensively by the US Navy in shipboard applications and has been listed on the US Government's Qualified Products list since 1983.

Available in two, three, six, eight and 31 channel configurations with single-mode and multi-mode capability, full environmental sealing, hybrid (electro-optic) versions and COTS versions.

MIL-C-85028 (C-21) CONNECTORS

Delphi Connection Systems' C-21 connectors are innovative, extremely versatile environmental connectors with a unique moisture-sealing component and unique capabilities utilizing crimp / removable contacts. Available to MIL-C-85028 military specifications and in sizes from 28AWG to 16AWG (0.08mm² to 1.0mm²)

FLEXIBLE PRINTED CIRCUITS

Delphi's flexible printed circuits are available in a number of configurations including:

• Single-sided flexible circuit containing one conductive layer
• Double-sided flexible circuit containing two conductive layers
• Multi-layer flexible circuit containing three or more conductive layers with plated through-holes
• Multi-layer rigid and flexible material combinations containing three or more conductive layers with plated through-holes

JUMPER CONNECTORS

Jumper connectors provide a flexible interconnect between two PCBs. They have superior impedance control - digital frequency rates up to 2.5GHz and are highly proven performance in harsh environments. They are rugged and a highly reliable interface - no pins to bend and sturdy connector body. Lengths available for PCB separations are from 25mm to 275mm.

MRS RECTANGULAR CONNECTORS

Delphi Connection Systems' MRS rectangular connectors are a non-environmental version of the MR product family, with a dependable glass-filled diallyl phthalate body with size 16AWG crimp / removable contacts ranging in number from 10 through 212, providing adaptability of arrangements. Available to MIL-C-28748 military specification.
