Wisconsin Oven - Industrial Batch Ovens for Composite Curing, Coating and Heat Treatment

Wisconsin Oven Corporation, located in East Troy, Wisconsin, is one of the largest and most respected industrial oven manufacturers in the world. Wisconsin Oven Corporation is also America's largest OEM supplier of industrial ovens, producing over 20 brands of equipment for other companies who provide ovens and furnaces worldwide. Their long history of serving and working with OEM and direct customers throughout the world attests to their ability and commitment to supply the highest quality industrial oven equipment at competitive prices.

One of Wisconsin Oven's specialities is the manufacture of industrial batch ovens. Whether for composite curing, high-temperature coatings or heat treatment, their premium quality, heavy-duty batch ovens provide superior uniform temperatures and even heat distribution, all in a compact design to minimize floor space.

COMPOSITE CURING BATCH OVEN

Wisconsin Oven Corporation manufactures electric, gas fired, and indirect gas fired composite curing batch ovens in hundreds of standard sizes. Their composite curing ovens offer these advantages:

  • Heat your parts faster
  • Easy temperature certification
  • Lower installation and start-up costs
  • Reduced maintenance

Heat your parts faster – a high pressure recirculation blower, along with fully enclosed and pressurized supply ducts, delivers heat with a combination airflow arrangement (where air is introduced into the work chamber from supply ducts located on both side walls, near the bottom of the work chamber), ensuring the best heat distribution throughout the work chamber, even with varying loads. In addition to combination airflow, composite curing ovens can designed for horizontal airflow, where air flows horizontally through the work chamber.

Easy temperature certification - all composite curing ovens are certified for ±10 at 350°F temperature uniformity before shipment, so no additional adjustment is necessary after installation. Certification at other temperatures, and tighter tolerances (±5°F for example) are also available.

Lower installation and start-up costs - all industrial composite curing ovens are fully factory tested, adjusted and certified. Equipment must pass a 154-point quality inspection prior to shipment.

Reduced maintenance - heavy duty construction, brand-name components and quality workmanship, along with our exclusive three-year warranty, will make this the workhorse of your facility.

Wisconsin Oven also can offer vacuum pumps, thermocouple jack panels, data acquisition, transducers and other related equipment. They serve the automotive, aerospace and other industries.

ENHANCED WALK-IN BATCH OVEN (EWN)

Our enhanced walk-in ovens (EWN) are ideal for composite curing, heat treatment and powder coating. They are available in 55 standard sizes with either gas or electric heat. They feature heavy construction and ball bearing hinges, high capacity direct drive blowers and rattle proof adjustable ductwork. Each of Wisconsin Oven's enhanced walk-in batch ovens meet FM, IRI, NEC and NFPA 70 and 86 recommendations.

Our EWN batch ovens are rated for a continuous maximum operating temperature of 500°F (optional 650°F and 800°F operation). Their high volume, low velocity airflow provides excellent temperature uniformity for modern powder curing applications.

HEAVY DUTY WALK-IN BATCH OVEN (SWH)

Our heavy-duty walk-in batch ovens are available in 70 different standard sizes, using gas or electric heat. The SWH series is widely recognized as America's leading heavy-duty batch oven, and its applications go beyond powder coating and paint baking to include:

  • Composites
  • Aluminum aging
  • High temperature coatings
  • Heat-treating
  • Demanding high uniformity applications

The SWH batch ovens have a standard maximum temperature rating of 500°F, with optional ratings of 650°F, 800°F and 1,000°F. Their high-volume, high-velocity airflow doubles the air change per minute of ordinary batch ovens.

SWH batch ovens are of premium quality, heavy-duty construction with roof-mounted components to minimize the valuable floor space taken.

Both the EWN and SWH batch ovens have a NEMA 12 control panel, and are completely wired and factory tested. These industrial ovens comply with insurance requirements of FM and IRI and meet the requirements of NEC, UL, NFPA79 and NFPA86.
